What can you expect?

Our Sunday Session this October is being hosted by the wonderful Sammie B Fitness. Together we’ll try a barre class before ending the session with some journalling. Barre is an exercise class where they combine pilates, yoga and ballet, this low impact form of exercise involves body weighted movements.

What’s included?

Your ticket includes your entry into the event, plus your own mini journal and pen. Water will be provided.

You will need to bring your own mat to this class, I do have a select few that you can borrow - please send me a message.
