Delivery
At Say Yes Sunday, we aim to get your merchandise to you quickly and reliably. This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Provider
All merchandise orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods (e.g. before events or holidays).
3. Delivery Times
UK orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery times vary by country but usually take 7–14 working days. Customs checks may cause delays outside our control.
4. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, we may run promotions offering free shipping.
5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver (e.g. no one available to receive the package), they will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
If an item arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
