Refund Policy
At Say Yes Sunday, we want you to feel confident when booking our events or purchasing our merchandise. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns work.
1. Event Ticket Cancellations
Regular Events
7 days or more before the event – You may request a refund, or transfer your ticket to a friend free of charge (please notify us by email so we know who to expect).
Within 7 days of the event – Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or transfers, as venue, materials, and preparation costs will already have been committed.
Retreats
21 days or more before the retreat – Full refund (minus any payment processing fees).
8–20 days before the retreat – 50% refund of your booking total.
Within 7 days of the retreat – No refunds are available, as accommodation, catering, and material costs will already have been committed.
Transfers – You are welcome to transfer your place to a friend free of charge (please notify us by email with their name and contact details).
2. Merchandise Returns
f you purchase merchandise from us, you have the right to return items under UK consumer law.
Eligibility – Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition/packaging.
Timeframe – You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage – Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds – A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Exclusions – Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Additional Notes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
