Frequently Asked Questions
First time here? Got a million questions? Don’t worry, we’ve got you. Whether you’re wondering what to wear, if it’s weird to come alone (it’s not), or how to book, this page has you covered.
Attending an Event
Nervous? You’re not the only one. We know coming to something new, especially solo, can feel like a big deal. These questions are here to reassure you that you're not weird, awkward, or alone for wondering any of this.
-
That’s totally okay! Most girls come solo! You’ll be welcomed with open arms and quickly realise you’re not the only one who came alone. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve known people for years.
-
That’s completely normal. Taking that first step is brave, and we’ll do everything we can to make it feel safe, soft, and easy. We always start with relaxed intros and create a vibe that makes connection feel natural.
-
Mostly women in their 20s who want to try something new, meet people, and just feel seen. We’ve had students, freelancers, early-career professionals, creatives, and everything in between. The common thread? They’re just girls that also want new friends.
Tickets & Booking
From how to book to what happens if your plans change, we’ve made this section as clear and stress-free as possible. Just because it's logistics doesn’t mean it has to be boring.
-
Just head to the “What’s On” page of the website, choose your event, and follow the booking link. It takes 2 minutes and you’ll get an email confirmation straight after.
-
We get that plans change, here’s how cancellations work:
🗓 Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event:
You can request a refund via email, or pass your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it. Just let us know in advance so we know who to expect!⏳ Cancellations within 7 days of the event:
At this point, we’re unable to offer refunds or transfers, as venue hire, materials, and prep costs will have already been committed. -
Retreats take a little more planning (and prep!), so we have a slightly different policy to our regular events:
🗓 Cancellations made 21 days or more before the retreat:
You’ll receive a full refund (minus any payment processing fees).🗓 Cancellations made 8–20 days before the retreat:
You’ll receive a 50% refund of your booking total.⏳ Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat:
We’re unable to offer refunds at this stage, as accommodation, catering, and material costs will already have been committed.💌 Can’t make it?
You’re always welcome to transfer your place to a friend, free of charge. Just email us with their name and contact details so we can update the booking. -
Yes! You’re welcome to pass your spot on to someone else, just drop us an email or DM with their name so we know to expect them.
-
Yes! Especially main events and retreats. We keep numbers small to maintain the vibe, so we recommend booking early and turning on post notifications to stay in the loop.
