What is SYS?

Our Past Events

    Sunday Session - Boxing

    FRATTON

    Our first Sunday session took place in Fratton. The girls took on a boxing taster session, combining boxing technique and circuits.

    August saw the girls relax at our Reset Retreat. Hosted by Yoga by Emily, we moved, journaled and together discovered our own summer reset.

    HAYLING ISLAND

    Our August social saw our biggest group yet! 50 girls, in the sunflower fields, connecting and taking the cutest pics you ever saw.

    July - Lavender Charm

    LORDINGTON

    July saw the girls take to the lavender fields at Lordington where we connected over creating our own charm bracelets.

    WESTBOURNE

    June was spent with our furry friends in the Alpaca paddock. After we connected over the cutest picnic ever!

    Our third hot girl walk took us along Southsea seafront and in for a sea dip. We braved the cold and dived on in.

    May - Matcha & Pilates

    PORTSMOUTH

    In May we teamed up with Studio 44 to give the girls the ultimate pilates taster session. That paired with strawberry matcha = Pinterest moment.

    HAVANT

    Our second hot girl walk saw us walk along the billy line to Langstone Harbour where we stopped off for a lime and soda in the pub garden.

    April - Wellness Retreat

    NEW FOREST

    In April we had a fantastic afternoon at the Retreat in the New Forest where we relaxed, meditated and grounded ourselves through barefoot walking.

    Our first Hot girl walk saw us grab a coffee and take a casual stroll along the seafront. Our first walk of many to come.
