2. Purchases & Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Event Tickets

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.

  • Entry may require proof of purchase (email confirmation/QR code).

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if terms are not followed.

4. Merchandise

  • We aim to deliver within stated timeframes, but delays may occur.

  • If items are faulty, you may request a replacement or refund (see Refund Policy).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition (as required by UK consumer law).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our services

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal property loss at events

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
