What is Say Yes to Self Live?

Say Yes To Self Live is a 4-week guided March experience built around the Say Yes To Self journal. Instead of starting the journal alone, we’ll move through a curated confidence and connection journey together.

Throughout March, we’ll focus on:

• Backing Yourself

• Where Friendship Starts

This experience begins on 1st March.

What’s Included?

When you join Say Yes To Self Live, you’ll receive:

How the WhatsApp group works…

All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp group on the evening of 28th February. Inside the group, you can expect, weekly sunday “reset” voice notes, midweek accountability prompts, optional sharing & reflections, support from other women navigating their 20s

There is no pressure to share, you can be as active or as quiet as you like. The space is designed to feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Live In-person Event (Optional)

If you choose the Say Yes to Self Live + Afternoon Event option, you’ll also receive a ticket to our in-person guided journalling workshop run by Amy on Sunday 29th March. This workshop is the perfect way to end our experience together, and is designed to help you feel more connected to yourself and the women around you.

Where: The Pavillion, Connolly Way, Graylingwell Park, Chichester, PO19 6WD

What time: 15:00pm - 17:00pm

What to expect at the event?

✨ A guided introduction to host Amy’s story behind journalling.

✨A free-flowing writing warm up, to release any overthinking and ease into the event itself.

✨ Guided prompts to explore how we can each say yes to ourselves more.

✨ Opportunity to connect with likeminded ladies also navigating their 20s

✨ Light refreshments, and snacks throughout.

Who is this for?

Our March Live Experience is perfect for anyone who currently feels like their 20s are shifting. Maybe you’d like more confidence, new friendships, or want to set some time aside for yourself each week.

Important Info:

All journals should be posted out and with you ready for the challenge, however sometimes Royal Mail doesn’t play ball, in those instances I’ll try my best to sort an alternative solution. For this experience delivery will be UK only and estimated arrival is a couple of days after purchase. WhatsApp group will open for anyone participating in the challenge on the 28th February, ready to begin on the 1st March.

Due to the nature of this experience and limited live spaces, tickets are non-refundable.
