March will pass either way, your 20s will continue. But I know how hard it is to feel like things are shifting and have no real direction. I myself am going through this exact same transition, so we’re in this together!
I actually completed this exact journal last year, at a time when I was navigating a lot of changes and stepping in to a new version of myself. After a month of travelling Australia I feel like I’ve grown again, like things have changed and I want to discover this new version of myself that is on the horizon.
So instead of telling you to ‘go journal’ or ‘work it out yourself’ I’m inviting you to move through it with me. After all, life is better when you aren’t on your own.

Join us for an afternoon designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what it really means to say yes to your own life.
Before the event, you’ll receive your own Say Yes Journal delivered to your door so you can begin reflecting ahead of time. We’ll then come together in person for a guided journaling workshop hosted by Amy, where you’ll explore powerful prompts, meaningful conversation, and connection with other women navigating their twenties.
